Service Engagement
Once a service request is placed:
A written agreement/quotation will be shared
Work begins only after mutual approval and payment terms
Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made according to the agreed service plan.
Refunds are not issued once project development or onboarding begins unless stated in a written contract.
Content Ownership
Client content remains client property.
Website/App code may remain the intellectual property of WordPlug unless otherwise stated in contract.
Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may integrate tools like hosting, plugins, APIs, or payment gateways.
We are not responsible for third-party downtime or policy changes.
Limitation of Liability
WordPlug is not liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Third-party failures
Incorrect usage by client after project handover
Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued usage means acceptance of changes.
